And the location of the Studios of this station is in Northeast Minneapolis in the Como district. Earlier all knew the station as WAYL, airing a beautiful music format. They aired the frequency successfully with several rock music formats. The format concurred with its favor nationwide during the 1980s. The station added an HD signal in 2007 for its main programming. It returned to the air with its “Commercial-free” CHR/Top 40 format on January 2, 2018.
