KBOI News Talk 670 AM is a renowned commercial news radio station, which is owned by Cumulus Media. This station is situated in the western United States and located in Boise, Idaho. Seventy-five years ago they were first signed in as KDSH in 1947. Then in 1955, they changed it to KBOI. Citadel Broadcasting (the owner of KBOI) merged with Cumulus Media in 2011. It got the license from the FCC to broadcast in HD format. But it did not start HD broadcast using that license.
